QParents is a Department of Education and Training (DET) initiative to give parents unprecedented access to information about their student. QParents is a secure online portal. Logging into this portal, on any device, anywhere in the world, parents will be able to see details about student absences, contact information, student timetables, invoices, and be able to download report cards. As QParents is a new initiative, we foresee that over time, the information available and functionality will increase.
If you have already completed the QParents registration process, then you can securely log in to your QParents account by following these steps:
- Enter your email address and password in the Log in box on the QParents home page.
- Click the Log in button.
To access the portal, parents will need to have an active email address. If you would like to activate this service please use the following form to register or you may prefer to view the training videos first.
Initially, in the automated parent invitation process, only one parent per household will receive the invitation. If it is more convenient for another parent to have access, or if both parents want access, please contact the school and we can send out a secondary invitation.
