Year 11 and 12 students will commence the Examination Block on Friday 3 June.
During the formal examination period students may remain at home to study when not timetabled for an examination or assessment item.
Students are reminded that they need to check with their subject teachers to ensure that they know what units of work will be examined, check their examination timetable, and prepare and implement a revision study timetable. If a student is unable to attend their scheduled examination they must contact the relevant subject Head of Department or Deputy Principal prior to the commencement of the exam. The Assessment Policy applies and reasons for absence must be supported by documentary evidence such as a medical certificate.
Students must attend all their examinations to complete the requirements for the awarding of the QCAA Queensland Certificate of Education or International Baccalaureate Diploma. During the formal examination period students may remain at home to study when not timetabled for an examination or assessment item.
Students are also advised to read and abide by the information concerning Attendance, Roll Marking and Conduct During Exams
We wish all our senior students every success in their examinations.
